Welcome to Pixel Rides. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of pixelrides.com (the “Site”) and our custom AI art and print-on-demand services (the “Services”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Who can use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, and be able to enter into a binding agreement.
How the Services work
You upload a photo of a vehicle, our tools generate several AI art styles from it, and you can download the digital artwork and/or order it printed on apparel. Printed products are produced and shipped by our print partner, Printful.
Your photos and content
- You represent that you own the photo you upload, or have all necessary rights and permissions to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
- You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that depicts identifiable people without their consent.
- You grant Pixel Rides a limited license to store and process your uploaded photo for the purpose of validating it, generating artwork, fulfilling your orders, and providing the Services to you.
AI-generated results
Artwork is produced by automated AI systems. Results are stylized interpretations and will vary. We cannot guarantee an exact likeness of your vehicle or a specific outcome. Generated art is intended for personal use.
Orders, pricing, and payment
- Prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time. Applicable shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, an error, or a violation of these Terms.
Made-to-order products, shipping, and returns
Printed products are custom-made to order. Shipping timelines, and our returns policy for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt the Site, bypass security, scrape content, resell the Services, or use them for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Site, its branding, text, and design are owned by Pixel Rides and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Site or our brand to you.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixel Rides will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Pixel Rides harmless from any claims arising out of the content you upload or your misuse of the Services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Pixel Rides operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
