Terms of Service

Welcome to Pixel Rides. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of pixelrides.com (the “Site”) and our custom AI art and print-on-demand services (the “Services”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. The Services are not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.

How the Services work

You upload a photo of a vehicle, our tools generate several AI art styles from it, and you can download the digital artwork and/or order it printed on apparel. Printed products are produced and shipped by our print partner, Printful.

Your photos and content

• You represent that you own the photo you upload, or have all necessary rights and permissions to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
• You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that depicts identifiable people without their consent.
• You grant Pixel Rides a limited license to store and process your uploaded photo for the purpose of validating it, generating artwork, fulfilling your orders, and providing the Services to you.

AI-generated results

Artwork is produced by automated AI systems. Results are stylized interpretations and will vary. We cannot guarantee an exact likeness of your vehicle or a specific outcome.

Your rights to the artwork

Your photo stays yours. We do not claim ownership of anything you upload.

The artwork generated from your photo is yours to use. Once an image has been delivered to you, whether as part of a free generation or a paid purchase, you may use it for any purpose, personal or commercial — print it yourself, put it on products, and sell those products. We grant you a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to do so.

One honest caveat: artwork created by an AI system, without meaningful human authorship, may not be protected by copyright in the United States or in some other countries. Neither you nor Pixel Rides can therefore guarantee an exclusive right to a generated image, and similar artwork may be produced for someone else. We will not license your specific artwork to anyone else, but we cannot promise that nothing resembling it will ever exist.

We use your uploaded photo and the artwork generated from it only to run the Services and fulfil your orders. We do not use them in our own advertising or marketing without asking you first.

Orders, pricing, and payment

• Prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time. Applicable shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, an error, or a violation of these Terms.

Made-to-order products, shipping, and returns

Printed products are custom-made to order. Shipping timelines, and our returns policy for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt the Site, bypass security, scrape content, resell the Services, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Site, its branding, text, and design are owned by Pixel Rides and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Site or our brand to you.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixel Rides will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pixel Rides harmless from any claims arising out of the content you upload or your misuse of the Services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
